Application & Visit to Wellspring

Schedule a time to come visit our school, meet our principal, and submit a completed application. Please note, we want to get to know all our applicants and their families before making an admissions decision, so acceptances will not be offered until a family has visited the school in person.

Registration Packet & Tuition Deposit

If admitted, you must complete your registration form and pay your tuition deposit of $150 per family to reserve the spots for your children. The tuition deposit is not a registration fee – the deposit is credited toward your first month’s tuition.

Financial Aid Application & Tuition Contract

If you are seeking financial aid, submit a completed Financial Aid Application along with copy of your most recent tax documents (1040 or W2), which we use to verify income. Once your Financial Aid Application is processed, a financial aid package will be finalized and a tuition contract will be generated for you to sign (the tuition contract will reflect your fincial aid if you qualify; if you don’t apply or qualify for financial aid, the tuition contract will reflect full tuition). Once you sign it, you’re all set!

Solicitud y visita a Wellspring
